Terms of Service

1. The product

Aria · אריאה is a shared newborn and baby tracking application for iOS and Android. These Terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Aria is a technology product based in Israel, founded by Liron Shiryon. Contact: aria@lirshir.com.

3. Your data and family sharing

You are responsible for the accuracy of baby profiles and care events you log. Cloud sync stores this data in Firebase so invited family members see the same timeline. Only share family invite codes with people you trust — members you invite can view and add events for babies in that family.

You are responsible for backing up or exporting anything you need (for example via doctor summary export) and for removing caregivers when they should no longer have access.

4. Free service and advertising

The app is free to download. Core tracking and family sync features are provided at no charge. The service displays a bottom banner ad (Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource and Unity Ads) to support ongoing development.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Aria to harass others, attempt to access another family’s data without authorization, interfere with ads or the app, upload unlawful content, or violate applicable law. You must not share invite codes publicly or with untrusted parties.

6. Not medical advice

Aria helps you log and share routine care information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Insights, summaries, and reminders are for convenience only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your baby’s health. In an emergency, contact emergency services — do not rely on the app.

7. Intellectual property

Aria owns the app, branding, and software. You retain rights to the information you enter. You grant us a limited license only as needed to operate the product (including syncing through Firebase and showing ads through our providers).

8. Privacy

How account, baby, family, and advertising data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted sync, perfect accuracy of logged events, or that the app will meet every caregiving need. Offline logging syncs when connectivity returns, but delays or conflicts may occur.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
